The advisory board of the Business Creativity Module was established in 2007/08 for a most fruitful expert exchange on the module development. The members actively support the project idea and help spreading the 'COEUR vision' within Europe and beyond!


Tiago Forjaz, Partner of Jason Associates, was born and lived in South Africa until 1985 when he came to Portugal. Later he studied Economics at Lusíada University in Lisbon. After initiating a career as Risk Analyst at Banif he moved to Madrid to participate in the setup and startup strategy of Michael Page in the Portuguese market. Later he joined Heidrick & Struggles as a consultant of Executive Search, specialising in search processes in Senior Management and talent management consultancy in several areas.

In 2004, with Pedro Brito, Tiago Forjaz established Jason Associates, a strategic consultancy firm specialised in talent management that assists clients in strategic Human Resource decisions.  Tiago’s consultancy work covers mainly Talent Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Effectiveness. Tiago Forjaz is 34 years old and has been a guest lecturer at the Portuguese Catholic University and at ISCTE on issues such as Networking, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.  


Dr. Wolfgang Lerch is member of the Excecutive Board of the 'Stiftung Industrieforschung' - the foundation for industrial research.

The foundation gives targeted support to research projects, initiatives and practical events in the field of business administration, organisation and technology that is of use for small and medium sized entreprises.


United Kingdom: SHARON BAMFORT

Sharon Bamford took up position as Founding CEO of the recently rebranded UK India Business Council, formerly Indo British Partnership Network IBPN, in August 2007.
Prior to this, she has started five companies, lived and worked in countries as diverse as Nigeria, Italy, Australia and Indonesia.
Most recently she has spent time in academia as CEO of the Scottish Institute for Enterprise, Director of the Edinburgh Technopole, managing academic spin-outs and developing the University of Edinburgh's science park.
Her emerging markets experience includes Africa, China, South America, Russia and Vietnam.

Poland: Waldemar Szewc

Waldemar Szewc is tax accountant and heads his own office  A.F.O. in Wroclaw where 40 business economics, clerks and jursitst are employed. The specialist division combines besides accountancy, fiscal and economic consultancy for enterprises with german fund. His interest is directed towards learning opportunities and projects which are linked to the development of entrepreneurship. Hence he engages and was appointed to the Representative Presidency of the Lower Silesia Establishment of the National Institute of Tax Advisors. Furthermore he is a member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce in Lower Silesia. His central abandonment is the organisation and accomplishment of accumulation initiatives.
